  1.Seminar/Teaching Engagement: MIT Executive MBA Program

Client: Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
Consultant: Marie St. Fleur, doing business as St. Fleur Communications

Objective:
To create and deliver a compelling talk for MIT’s Executive MBA program, focusing on the challenges and successes at the intersection of nonprofit, government, and community sectors.

Deliverables:

  • Presentation: Consultant will deliver a talk that covers the following key areas:
  • Personal Journey: Sharing insights from Marie St. Fleur’s professional path.
  • Board Leadership: Discussing what makes a valued board member and the impact they can have.
  • Community Impact: Exploring the significant role that collaboration between government and nonprofit sectors plays in community development.
  • Call to Action: Encouraging active involvement in local communities as board members, donors, and volunteers.
  • Q&A Session: An interactive question-and-answer session will follow the presentation to engage participants and deepen the discussion.

 

 

  1. Keynote & Workshop Development: OSA      

Client: OSA

Objective:
To create and deliver a keynote presentation that emphasizes active engagement in the workplace, and to design a table exercise that encourages staff to identify and articulate how they can contribute to OSA’s current and future success.

Deliverables:

  • Keynote Presentation:
  • Focus: Active workplace engagement, encouraging employees to be proactive contributors to OSA’s goals.
  • Table Exercise Development:
  • Objective: To prompt staff members to consider and discuss ways they can enhance their contributions to the organization.
  • Preparation:
  • Consultation: The Consultant will meet with the OSA team to understand their specific needs and goals.
  • Research: The Consultant will review relevant office materials to ensure the presentation and exercises are tailored to OSA’s context.
  • Follow-Up: Follow-up phone conversations will be held to finalize the presentation and table exercise.
  • Development: The preparation will inform the creation of the presentation, Q&A, and any handouts.
