- Call to Action: Encouraging active involvement in local communities as board members, donors, and volunteers.

To create and deliver a keynote presentation that emphasizes active engagement in the workplace, and to design a table exercise that encourages staff to identify and articulate how they can contribute to OSA’s current and future success.

- Keynote Presentation:
- Focus: Active workplace engagement, encouraging employees to be proactive contributors to OSA’s goals.
- Table Exercise Development:
- Objective: To prompt staff members to consider and discuss ways they can enhance their contributions to the organization.
- Preparation:
- Consultation: The Consultant will meet with the OSA team to understand their specific needs and goals.
- Research: The Consultant will review relevant office materials to ensure the presentation and exercises are tailored to OSA’s context.
- Follow-Up: Follow-up phone conversations will be held to finalize the presentation and table exercise.
