Consultant: Marie St. Fleur doing business as St. Fleur Communications
Services and Deliverables: Marie St. Fleur shall provide the following services and deliverables (collectively referred to as “the Work”) as agreed by the parties:
Marie St. Fleur will offer advice and consultation, including preparation and assistance with reports and other work products. The Consultant will:
Nurtury will provide all necessary support personnel, equipment, facilities, and supplies required to perform the Work.
The project aims to rebuild a unified voice to advocate for systems reform that enhances the quality of early education and care and out-of-school time in Massachusetts. This effort is anchored in advocating for increased investment in the early education and care workforce.
1. Contact PMKF Members:
1. Reach out to individual members before the Christmas Holiday.
2. Steering Committee Meeting:
1. Plan and schedule a meeting with the PMKF steering committee.
3. Social Media Strategy:
1. Collaborate with the support team to create and implement a social media plan.
2. Increase social media visibility for PMKF.
4. Media Outreach:
1. Work with the support team to place PMKF letters of opinion in a minimum of 4 print media outlets.
5.Prospect Meetings:
1. Meet with at least 5 key new prospects for the coalition.
6. Communication Plan:
1. Develop a communication plan for the coalition in collaboration with PMKF members.
7. Outreach Materials:
1. Create a minimum of 2 outreach materials for advocacy, with the support team.
8. Spring Convening:
1. Plan and organize a spring convening of the PMKF coalition.
1. Re-Launch of Coalition:
1. Successfully relaunch the coalition, increasing visibility and engagement of educators and families in Boston.
2. Membership Growth:
1. Increase PMKF membership to 100 members.
3. Spring Convening:
1. Organize and execute a spring convening of the full PMKF coalition.
BUILD Liaison Activities:
1.Monthly Calls with Ohio Cross-Sector Team:
1.Transition to one call per month with the cross-sector team, instead of additional individual calls.
2.Establish and maintain a work plan, potentially on a quarterly basis.
2.Travel:
1.Conduct 2 visits to the state per year.
3.Engagement with State Leadership Teams:
1.Support development, coordination, and alignment of team participation with grant goals and objectives.
1.Interview state team members.
2.Monitor progress on monthly activities, interest, fidelity to project design, and goals.
3.Provide ongoing advice and coaching on key objectives.
4.Management of Technical Assistance:
1.Oversee time-limited technical assistance provided by other providers.
1.Collaborate with the program manager to catalog requests and identify commonalities and themes.
