Scope of Work: Technical Support for Groundwork Ohio NCIT State Coalition and Dayton Learn to Earn Community Grantee

Objective: To provide technical support for the Groundwork Ohio NCIT State Coalition grantee and the Community grantee Dayton Learn to Earn.

General Scope of Services:

1.Monthly Coordination and Meetings:

           1.Calls with PCI Staff and Hub Lead Teams: Discuss State and Community grantees.

           2.Hub Leads and Community Leads Meetings: Monthly meetings to align strategies.

           3.Peer-to-Peer Meetings: Facilitate interactions between State and Community grantees.

           4.Supervision Calls: Monthly calls with Kathy Stohr to review State and Community work.

 

2.Management of Technical Assistance:

            1.Oversee time-limited technical assistance provided by other providers.

Hub Lead Activities:

1.Monthly Calls with Groundwork Ohio State Coalition Lead:

      1.Monitor progress on monthly activities, adherence to project design, and goal achievement.

2.Coalition Technical Assistance (TA) Definition:

     1.Collaborate with coalition leaders to define and refine TA needs.

3.Participation in Webinars and Meetings:

     1.Attend PCI/NCIT webinars and Community of Practice meetings.

4.Support Allocation:

     1.Up to 2 days of direct support per month.

     2.Up to 9 days for tracking, Hub team calls, and Hub team meetings.

5.Cross-State Meeting Planning and Participation:

     1.Up to 5 days for planning and participation in cross-state meetings.

6.Development and Implementation Support:

     1.Assist in creating webinars, communities of practice, in-person meetings, and contribute resources to the           online platform.

7.Hub Team Engagement:

     1.Participate in weekly Hub Team calls and scheduled in-person meetings.

8.Site Visits:

     1.Conduct visits to provide technical assistance and support.

Community Grantee Lead Activities:

1.Consultation Services:

     1.Provide up to 15 days (approximately 120 hours) of consultation per calendar year.

2.Community of Practice Participation:

     1.Engage actively in the Community of Practice.

3.Monthly Grantee Meetings:

      1.Conduct monthly meetings with the grantee to review progress and address needs.
